Good location, staff were really AMAZING. Hotel's 400 meters from tourist spot like gothic quarter.
-
Just a 10-minute stroll from plaza real, which was a big plus. It was easy to park nearby.

First of all, good stuff. For the first trip to town, all close by, all close by. friendly and attentive staff, thank you very much for their help, attention and advice. Breakfast. Breakfast. Classic buffet for all tastes.
We're staying in a regular room, not a deluxe. There are no photographs of such a room. windows overlook the courtyard, saves the noise of Rambla, subway can still be heard. It's a room for two. Asked for separate beds, on my comment, administrator said that they are separate, just stand tight! room is tiny. There's no cups, no kettle, no water in the room. Did you buy water from the shop? Drink from the bottle. Few sockets, ones by the bed don't work. air conditioning isn't working. There's nowhere to put your stuff. the furniture is antique! Uncomfortable pillows. Disgusting design of the shower cabin, floor always flooded. It's also a very bad local coffee. in the morning, at 7-8 o'clock, janitors talk in full voice right under your door and, if you did not have time to hang "not disturb" look in and noisily apologize. Location is beneficial in many ways, noise and cost of the area makes it all much less attractive. It is possible that the rooms are more comfortable and correspond to beautiful pictures. ours was very bad.

staff is sympathetic and friendly, location relative to road junctions is very convenient. In 3-5 minutes you can walk to the stops of the tourist bus, from the side of the boulevard to the monument of Christopher Columbus and promenade, where the oceanarium and a large shopping center, on the other side - to Plaza Catalunya. Tourist buses will take you to any point of interest in the city. To the city beach can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes, beach is clean, wide, sea is warm. Near the hotel there are many restaurants of different levels, fast food and shops. Also, you can do shopping, there are several brand shops. Room is small, tight for four, if only to spend the night, it will do. beds are clean, they're cleaned every day. breakfast buffet will suit different tastes. every day it's the same, third day we're a little tired. You can buy if you want to eat the same thing every day. In our room there were 2 balconies, overlooking the boulevard, morning and evening it's interesting to watch people and traffic on the street. It's possible to leave your luggage free after your eviction... In general, as for 3 stars corresponds.
The bathroom as a whole is clean, but very small, needs repair, because there are particles of mould in the corners. A little noisy, you can hear traffic on the street, subway traffic, early morning noisy street cleaning. It didn't bother us, but those who like silence are better off looking for another place.

It's a good location. Friendly staff.
The room had a decomposed sofa with a one-year layer of dust and hair of strangers on its sides. There was a kettle on the table, but no outlet))). The socket is behind the TV, on the wall near the bathroom and at the bottom of the bedside table, which is not very convenient. There are no hooks in the bathroom where you can hang your clothes (the crossbar on the shelf was not enough, because we were four and all four towels were dry on this crossbar, they did not dry because they were hanging against each other). And there is no toilet ruff, I think it should be (just my opinion).

The hotel is chic, right in the middle of the Rambla, where life bubbles up all day. The subway is a couple of minutes' walk away. Across the street from the Gothic Quarter. The promenade and Plaza Catalunya are within walking distance. There are plenty of sights, shops and various cafes around. The staff is responsive and trying to help. We moved in quickly. even though we arrived a little earlier. The rooms are clean, the rooms themselves are small. even small, but we have everything we need. The key to the safe comes with a 10€ deposit, The deposit is refunded when you hand over the key when you check out. You can leave your belongings in the storage room.
Soundproofing, it just doesn't exist... You'll always know what the neighbors are doing, especially if it's a family with kids. It's like paper screens instead of walls.

Great location, and it is also located not really far from Liceu Metro Station.
-
Being situated at the center of the action makes for a great setting.
-
Location
No furniture in room lumpy and hard mattress mini bar which we paid for for four days was never refilled despite requests to do so rude staff we had to argue with the staff just to get a chair for our room elevators need maintenance
-
Location
Leaking shower in room. Booked as a group at same rates but rooms were totally different in quality, one couple had a large room with settee and balcony, another had a tiny room with a small bathroom.
-
Location
No hairdryers in room and no facilities to make tea or coffee

The location was excellent for our family, two adults and older kids ages 20 & 14. The public areas could use freshening but the room had been renovated. The kids got twin beds but my husband & I got the pull out sofa which was uncomfortable but after walking for 12 hours-we slept anyway. We were on the second floor (although I had asked for high floor with view) and the blackout curtains and heavy doors to balconies (we had two!) kept out the light and noise except for the car horns right below our windows. The staff seemed preoccupied but took care of our needs relatively quickly. I would stay there again but would prefer a higher floor.
Free wifi! Public areas seemed worn. Hallway carpet was stained. Lobby was not welcoming. Really needed to be refreshed.

the location
- had to wait an hour at the reception before check-in, after check-in time. - the room was not clean - the safe was not working - the TV cable was not well connected - the staff was very unfriendly - the price is too expensive for the quality you get - the beds are very very very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal on your body, the matress is too thin - tooooooooo noisy...

The hotel is old and very well-kept. Very professional, everything is taken good care of. Our room had a little balcony, overlooking the Rambla. The breakfastroom on the 1st floor! Lovely!! And breakfast is very good and varied! The location of the hotel is superb - right on the Rambla! And surrounded by the "old town" - and, what is more - only a short walking distance from a)the beach, b) the Metro
One may feel disturbed by traffic and nightlife if the room faces the Rambla. But they have other rooms!

The family room had adequate space for 4 adults. I was expecting a smaller room since the actual photograph in the website appeared to be a lot smaller. Its location is right at the heart of La Rambla. Very accessible to the public market where they grill fresh seafoods. The hotel logo is so attractive and the hotel provides adequate supply of shampoo, body wash and soaps.
More visible directions/ signs leading to specific room numbers.More staff in the receiving area since that area is always "busy" and there is long wait time. The person attending to hotel guests is also the same person answering phone calls and if the phone call requires a long time, then, guests have no choice but to wait longer.
